How did you come up with idea for this book?

I am an Intercessor so praying is what I do. I believe in the power prayer and I wanted to encourage my readers to use prayer as their weapon to overcome the battle of unhealthy living.

What was the most difficult aspect of writing this book?

Ensuring that I reached and encouraged people to live healthy through the power of prayer and supplication.

Why do you write?

I write to empower, uplift and encourage people to live their best life.

What valuable lessons do you want readers to learn from your book?

Prayer is their weapon, God will help you overcome any obstacles you face and most of all you can do anything if you put your mind to it.
